What is the Premier Iberian Recommend a Friend Scheme?
Many of our customers have recommended their friends to Premier Iberian over the years, which has helped us to grow our business. This scheme is a way of saying "thank you" to customers who recommend us, and "welcome" to your friends when they book with us. 

 

How does it work?
We will give you some Recommend a Friend vouchers when you make your booking. You can give these to friends who have not travelled with Premier Iberian before - a new customer. If your friend books a holiday with us then you, as the recommender, will receive a £25 voucher which you can use to reduce the price of an existing booking or your next booking with Premier Iberian. Your friend will also receive a £25 discount from the holiday they have booked.

 

How many people can I recommend?
As many as you like!  We will provide you with 4 vouchers, if you want any more - just ask.  Four new customers for us is equal to £100 discount off an existing or new booking for you!

 

What is a new customer?
Anyone who has not travelled with Premier Iberian before, either as party leader or non party leader.

 

Can a new customer make use of more than one voucher for their holiday booking?
No. Only one voucher per new customer booking will be accepted.

 

Are there any minimum requirements?
New customer bookings must be for a minimum of 2 people and 3 nights to obtain the £25 discount. They cannot be travelling on the same dates and to the same venue as the recommenders' next holiday.

 

Can other group members make recommendations?
Of course, we can provide you with as many vouchers as your group requires and they can all receive discounts so long as they make us aware which booking they have travelled on previously.

 

Do I have to share my vouchers with my group?
It is entirely your choice whether you would like to share this out amongst your group or use the discount against your personal balance.

 

Can I make use of my voucher(s) as a deposit payment?
Vouchers can only be redeemed against full holiday payments or balance payments.

 

Can I make use of the voucher after my balance has been paid?
You can use your voucher(s) against a balance payment which is usually due 10 weeks before travel. After this time, any discounts will be used against future bookings.

 

Do I need to have travelled before I can recommend a friend?
No, if you are happy with our service and feel like letting others know about it - please do!  As soon as you have made a booking you are considered a Premier Iberian customer and are able to recommend us.

 

Can I recommend myself?
Nice try but no!  You cannot be both an existing and a new customer!

 

Who can I not recommend?
You cannot recommend yourself, any person who has already travelled with Premier Iberian as part of a booking or as a lead name, any person sharing your postal address, or any person who is added to an existing booking.  That leaves a lot of people you can recommend us to!

 

Can I combine my vouchers with other Premier Iberian Offers?
Of course, you are able to use your vouchers even after we have applied any brochure or website offers that may be available.  You will not be able to use the vouchers in conjunction with any additional, special discounts.

 

When does my voucher expire?
Recommend a friend vouchers expire 12 months from the voucher date for recommenders, and 6 months from the voucher date for recommedees.

 

Can I have the cash?
Sorry, there is no cash alternative.
