Perched in a dramatic cliff-top location above the secluded Vale Covo beach is the Hotel Tivoli Carvoerio (formerly Almansor).  With its wonderful sea views and close proximity to the fishing village of Carvoeiro, the Tivoli Almansor offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday, together with some excellent courses within easy driving distance of the hotel.

 

The rooms overlooking the sea are to be recommended and they are all comfortable and good-sized. The indoor pool is a bonus during the cooler months and the health club could come in useful after a strenuous day on the course!

 

On your golf free days, if you fancy a change from soaking up the sun by the pool, the secluded beach cove can be accessed by a set of steep steps but is well worth a visit, followed by a large gin and tonic from one of the two bars in the hotel! For entertainment in the evening wander on down to the village where you will find a good variety of bars and restaurants for a perfect night out.
