Finca Cortesin

This delightful and challenging course is a welcome addition to the courses at the Western end of the Costa del Sol located between Sotogrande and Estepona and is the 2009 venue of the Volvo World Matchplay Championship.

 

Designed by Cabell Robinson with Herald Huggan, the course follows the natural landscape as it undulates gently within Medterranean forest and the beautiful countryside. There is a balance through the course of tough and affordable holes and the greens, fairways and bunkers are all well kept.  It is one of the longest courses in Europe at nearly 7,000 metres and provides a great challenge for all abilities of golfer.
