This par 72 championship standard course has been carefully built to cope with the demands of a hot Spanish summer and remain in excellent condition all year around. Great news for summer golfers.

 

You will enjoy the challenge of Maoris featuring four lakes and two island greens. The layout has been carved between pine, olive and carob trees in a classic Mallorcan landscape.

 

Beginning with a gentle par 4, played to a green protected by three sand bunkers. This is a warm-up for upcoming challenges although the course has been designed to offer playability to golfers of all levels. Unusually, pine trees are situated in the centre of the fairway at the 2nd hole and there is some clever design greenside. Steep run-offs right, left and to the rear of the putting surface make precise approach play a must.

 

The 4^th hole is the first of Mairois' par 5's and features an island green which will surely become a signature of this new course. Most of the golfers will be able to reach this 539-yard hole in two, but for bigger hitters the margin for error between safety and water is slim. Good Luck!

	Nixe Palace Hotel (15km) With six golf courses all within a 20 minute drive from the hotel, the 5 star Nixe Palace has a great location for visiting golfers and is very popular with groups being only 2kms from the centre of Palma with its great variety of nightlife.
	Bon Sol Hotel (15km) This family-run hotel in Illetas has become very popular with our customers, many of whom return year after year. A lovely setting, excellent service and the half board is recommended.
