El Saler

 

 

As the host of several Spanish Opens, El Saler is rated as one of the top ten courses in Europe. For any golf enthusiast, this is a 'must play' course. As a challenging championship course, it is suitable for low handicap golfers and long hitters. 

 

Twelve holes of this excellent course run through the pine groves. The other six are links style, set along the Mediterranean coast and through the dunes. Hole number 6 is the star of the show. You will need a powerful and precise swing on this, El Saler's most difficult hole. As a long and difficult course, to return with a healthy looking scorecard, you will need to keep your wits about you.

Resembling a Mediterranean Village and within a peaceful setting up in the hills above Benidorm the hotel benefits from fantastic views across the Mediterranean.
	Melia Level at Villaitana (91km) This excellent 5 star hotel on the Villaitana Golf Resort is set in the hills above Benidorm and with two Jack Nicklaus designed courses on site. Luxury bedrooms and good value for money.
	Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm Hotel (93km) The 3 star Hotel Pueblo Benidorm is a good standard holiday hotel in Benidorm itself and is just great for golfing groups who like to be able to enjoy good nightlife on their doorstep after a day out on the golf course.
